A new Starbucks location will open inside the park in February of 2015. The Trolley Car Cafe will be located along Hollywood Boulevard and be themed like a trolley car station. Disney baked goods and Starbucks La Boulange pastry items will be available. An exact location hasn't been announced.
“Multiple sources have told me the long-awaited dream of theme park geeks everywhere is actually happening. Disney’s moving ahead with both Cars Land and Star Wars Land at the Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Walt Disney World,” wrote Niles in his article.At Disneyland, Cars Land at DCA had the effect of reducing attendance somewhat at the main Disneyland Park(see my post of 8/24/12). If Hollywood Studios gets Cars Land and Star Wars, would this draw traffic away from Magic Kingdom, or increase the overall traffic to WDW? These additions, if real, would happen in the 2018 timeframe, according to the OBJ story.
Hollywood Studios has been in the midst of an identity crisis over the last 10 years as film production came to an end, the Disney animation studio shut-down, and the Residential Street section of the Backlot Tour was bulldozed. Lights, Motors, Action! Extreme Stunt Show has been a disaster since it opened 7 years ago, now only performing 2 shows a day and the Backlot Tour is an expensive attraction that doesn’t serve many guests on a daily basis. This plot would be perfect for Cars Land, and here’s where we think it will go (along with some of the other rumored additions we’ll be telling you about here):It seems to be a given that the hat will go away and be replaced by - what? Other possible changes include Fantasmic, Rock n Roller Coaster and Star Wars, which might include an animatronics Yoda..
The display grew to millions of lights. There were flashing lights, multi-colored lights, custom-made light sculptures and a 75-foot Christmas tree adorned by lights. This drew onlookers from all over Arkansas. Displeased by the resulting traffic jams, the local residents asked that the Osborne family stop the annual display. Legal intervention was sought, and it appeared that the Osborne's beloved tradition was about to come to an end. When Mickey Mouse got word of this, he offered a venue where the Osborne lights could be shared with visitors from around the globe.

But it is only since May 13, 1992 that nights along the Rivers of America have been coming alive with the show that some regard as the best ever created for a Disney theme park.
