Disney Springs Downtown

According to this post on parkrumors.com, Disney is planning a major renovation of the Downtown Disney area at WDW.  The revamped area will be called Disney Springs, according to the post, and will consist of several "neighborhoods".  Disney has filed plans with the South Florida Water Management District to upgrade the groundwater infrastructure, as Phase I of the project.
The next phase of the plans is where it gets interesting. The Downtown Disney area as a whole will be re-branded into “Disney Springs”, which encompasses six distinct neighborhoods: The Gateway, The Town Center, The Springs, The Landing, The West Side, and The Village Marketplace. Each neighborhood will have its own distinct look and feel...
Some of the changes expected include a new parking garage and a new bridge to Saratoga Springs.  No date was given for the project.
