With the Pin Celebration event at Epcot looming this week starting on Sept. 6th, we spent almost the whole day today sorting out our pin albums and figuring out which pins to bring for trading, and which pins to use for the pin games. We decided for certain that we're bringing only 2 pin albums. We do not want to be walking around lugging a huge suitcase that will restrict our mobility, and our ability to get on various attractions. So with 2 pin albums, each one of us can fit one pin album in each backpack. Hopefully, those would be enough to contain at least a few good pins that other pin traders might like, so that we might be able to trade good pins that we want. But that is difficult to predict, and that's why I spent a bit of time looking at what we have, and figuring out which pins to bring and which to leave behind.
Even though we will be at WDW only for 4 days/3 nights, we're still bringing our regular luggages. This is because we will be hauling back a lot of pins. So the space that would be occupied with clothings, will be filled with pins. Unfortunately, pins are a lot heavier than clothings. I've arranged for a pin sculpt that I got for this Pin Celebration to be shipped, but the others I will have to haul back with me. I am definitely hoping that the luggage won't be over the weight limit.
