Here's something we don't see or hear very often, cast costuming. This video shows the behind-the-scenes of cast costuming at Disneyland Resort.
I would imagine the same thing goes on at WDW, but on a larger scale, obviously, since it is a bigger resort area and with 4 separated theme parks.

On our Keys to the Kingdom tour in '07 our guide talked about it. Laundry and sorting is one of the buildings to the north-east of the park, just outside the current construction zone for the Fantasyland extension. It serves all 4 parks, plus the restorts, plus all Disney castmembers at DTD.
He says the inside looks just like the giant doors chamber from Monsters, Inc.
