Disney To Launch World of Cars

Man, I tell ya. That "Cars" franchise seems to be going on and on.... It's amazing how much legs that movie has in terms of merchandise and following. And to think that a well-known online Disney "expert" said that "Cars" is a disappointment after it "only" took in around $200 million domestically.

Now Disney had announced that "World of Cars" online will be launched some time this summer.

Players will be able to take an amazing ride into a wacky world full of fun and adventure by designing their own car, becoming a racing legend, making new friends, and playing mini-games with Lightning McQueen and the rest of the cast.

If I didn't know any better, I'd say that this is Virtual Magic Kingdom with wheels.
