Laughing Place has an extensive coverage of the reopening of Disneyland's "It's A Small World", including tons of pictures and a ride-through video. You can't get a more extensive coverage than this. I have included the ride video here.

It looks all shiny and new! I would not have my heart broken if they refurbed it in WDW. I could live with a trip where I didn't see IASW.
Yes, shiny, pretty and new...but the characters do not belong there.
