"Up" Took In $68 Million

It was expected to top $60 million, and it did better than that. "Up" took in $68 million over its opening weekend, raking in the 3rd best opening for a Pixar movie.

It is an AMAZING movie. It is visually stunning, but more importantly, it has such an emotional content and such depth, that it will be very difficult to top this one.

The one thing that I definitely noticed was that the "action" sequence were not frantic. You get to see the action and see the fast-paced movement. In many movies that depends on special effects, the action sequence can some at you so far, you either can't see everything, or things become a blur. Not with "Up". You get to see the action very well.

Go see it!
