More Plausible Scenario Surrounding the Monorail Collision

I think a little bit more consistent picture is emerging out of this tragedy on what might have occurred. This is based on two accounts by someone familiar with the monorail system and how it is operated. I've linked to the first one already, and here's the second one.

More than ever, I know for sure that this occurred under a non-normal operating situation, and something or someone at Control didn't get this right.
