Music During Obama's Inauguration on ABC
I missed the inauguration (had to do work) today. Melody from WCPT mentioned that the telecast on ABC used music from "Illuminations - Reflections of Earth" during some part of the inauguration telecast. Did anyone else caught it?

Disney owns ABC, so they technically have the open right to use the music. It wasn't the original score, it was remastered with less instruments and more percussion to give it a less-agressive feel. I work for the Disney department of broadcast audio.

Yup. Disney owns ABC, so it isn't a stretch that ABC would have permission to use that piece of music.
