Disney Does Not Have to Allow Disabled Visitors to Use Segways at its Theme Parks
Another unnecessary lawsuit gets tossed out of court. A judge has thrown out the lawsuit brought by 3 disabled guests who insisted that they'd be allowed to use Segways at Disney's theme parks.
