This author used to be a Disney Cast member, and writes about how to run a hospital using the Disney philosophy.
Fred Lee: "If I was to paraphrase Walt Disney's mission statement, it was how to help a family meet their emotional needs to have fun together. What if our mission statement was how to help a family meet their emotional needs when they're going through a tragedy together."
It will be interesting to see if the planned new Disney health care facility for cast members follows such Disney philosophy that this author has described. :)
