Six Flags Is Not Disney

This columnist tried to make a comparison between a Six Flag "theme park" with Disney's Magic Kingdom. Clearly, one can immediately see that the comparison is not even close. It tells you how high of a standard of service Disney has achieved. Even on its bad days, the level of service doesn't come close to what has been described here.

It isn't easy running a theme park, I'm sure. It is also rather easy to take for granted the smooth running of a theme park, because this is something we tend to not remember. And as for Disney, the guests EXPECT such a high standard. The only thing wrong the author of the article did was to expect almost the same level of service at Six Flags. I don't even expect that when I go to Universal Studios.

Zz.
