Doesn't that trash can knows that smoking is allowed only in designated areas in Walt Disney World? :)
It appears that early Monday morning, a trash can somewhere in the parking lot of Downtown Disney started smoking and making noises. Of course, with all the heightened security after the incidents in the UK, something like this isn't treated lightly. So far, there's no report of anything more, but obviously, they continue to investigate.
