We attended our monthly Windy City Pin Traders meet, but this time, it was a picnic at a member's home out near Lake Geneva, WI. Needless to say, we had a wonderful, wonderful time. While we certainly did a lot of pin trading, what was more important and enjoyable was the company. We feel very lucky to have found one of the nicest group of people to hang out with. It certainly helps that we all share a common passion of Disney and Disney pins, but even that would not have mattered much if people are jerks. These people are not. It seems that at every meet, we make new friends and acquaintances, especially since we are relatively new to the group.
Because of that, we now look forward even more to the upcoming
Disney pin event at Epcot this Sept. At least on this one, we would know more than just a couple of people there. So it promises to be quite enjoyable.
