Disney To Phase Out Trans Fat At Its Non-US Theme Parks

Disney is following its plan to phase out trans fat at its US theme parks by doing the same to the ones in Paris, Hong Kong, and Tokyo.

Walt Disney, seeking to address concerns about childhood obesity and eating habits, will phase out trans fats from food served at its theme parks in Paris, Hong Kong and Tokyo over the next two years.

That's a bit surprising because, especially in Europe, trans fat has long been banned from many food items. Still, this is a good step for Disney to do. After all, you do want to keep your loyal fans to live for a long time and keep coming back with their kids and grandkids.
