More Disney-Related Items Recalled

More Cars merchandise being recalled by the Consumer Product Safety Commission:

"Cars” Game Pieces
About 110,000 game pieces were sold with 12-inch “Cars”-themed backpacks. The game pieces include a red plastic car, a blue plastic car and two red and black plastic discs that have “gas,” “oil” and “service” printed on them in red letters.

“Disney Presents a PIXAR film” is printed on the gray vinyl front of the backpack. Small magnets inside the game pieces can fall out of their enclosure and be swallowed by young children.

If more than one magnet is swallowed, the magnets can attract each other and cause intestinal perforation. There have been three reports of loose magnets, but no injuries.

The $13 backpacks were sold at Target stores from February through September 2007.
