A class-action lawsuit was filed against Marvel Friday by company investors.
The suit was filed in New York state court.
The suit claims Marvel's takeover was not right because the board of directors did not conduct a fair and open sales process, and that the current deal undermines Marvel's stock.
We will just have to wait and see if this actually goes anywhere.
